and All Certificates is essential for refund or upgrade

DiaKind Solitaires purchased on order shall
NOT be entitled for money refund

DiaKind Solitaires with an engraved personal message shall
NOT be entitled for money refund NOR upgrade

Any Jewellery which is altered for size OR repaired shall
NOT be entitled for money refund

All / Any Government Taxes, Card Charges, Gift Voucher Amounts,
Jewellery Making Charges etc. are NOT refundable at all

Confidence Booster Money Return Policy is valid
ONLY for 30 days from purchase date

Money under 30 Day Money Return Policy shall be paid back only by the same
Retail Partner Jeweller from whom DiaKind Solitaires has been purchased
DiaKind Solitaires is not entitled to return money directly to any customer

are subject to Force Majeure conditions as per Arbitration Laws
